Paneer and tofu are both soft, white cheeses used in cooking. They have similar textures and can be used in many of the same dishes, making tofu a good substitute for paneer. Both are high in protein and popular in vegetarian diets. This makes "tofu" a fitting answer to the clue "Paneer look-alike."
